Terms and Conditions

To complete a transaction, the customer must agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. The customer agrees that the delivery details and address that he/she provides as point of delivery and billing is truthful and correct.

2. Lovegarden is under no lawful obligation to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details inputted by the customer but may do so only at its discretion.

3. Lovegarden has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase, even in cases where the address specified by the customer is incorrect.

4. Lovegarden is under no lawful obligation to give credit rebates or discounts in cases when delivery is delayed but may do so only at its own discretion.

5. Lovegarden reserves the right to replace an ordered product with one of the same value in cases when the product is not delivered, subject to investigation and presentation of proof.

6. Lovegarden delivers, usually practices same day delivery, to the areas specified in the Delivery Schedule and Charges. Once, a transaction has been verified and completed, the customer will receive an e-mail confirmation that his/her order is being processed.

7. Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.

8. Lovegarden reserves the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to it's corporate policies.
